ABOUT: Stirling Falls is a magnificent permanent waterfall found at Milford Sound, Fiordland, New Zealand. It drops 155m below a hanging valley between mountains The Elephant and The Lion and is three times the height of Niagara Falls. After heavy rain, many hundreds of temporary waterfalls can be seen running down the steep sided rock faces that line of the fiord. It is famous as being the waterfall that Hugh Jackman ‘ jumped off’ in the movie X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

This one-off original artwork was painted with high quality Langridge Professional Artists’ Oil (handmade in Melbourne) on premium stretched deep edge cotton duck canvas. It is finished with Windsor & Newton Gloss varnish for UV protection and longevity. A collectors authenticity certificate is included for valuation & insurance purposes.
