Inspired by the artist’s love & fond memories of the place of her upbringing, she communicates the magnificence of the golden dusk light hitting the mountain backdrop by the way of impressive technical brush work.

Located on the southwest of the South Island in Fiordland National Park, the 16 kilometre length from the head of the fiord to the open sea is lined with sheer rock faces that soar 1,200 metres high from the water. Milford Sound is often called one of the most beautiful places on Earth.

This one-off original artwork was painted with high quality Langridge Professional Artists’ Oil (handmade in Melbourne) on premium stretched deep edge cotton duck canvas. It is finished with Windsor & Newton Gloss varnish for UV protection and longevity. A collectors authenticity certificate is included for valuation & insurance purposes.
