ABOUT: Named ‘Freddy’, this Male Superb Fairy-Wren is painted in his breeding plumage. He shimmers in electric shades of violet-blue, turquoise & pale-blue, relieved only by a few bands of inky black & white feathers. A joy to watch in the wild and a joy to paint. He would look fabulous finished with a black floater frame!

This original one-off artwork has been painted with high quality Langridge Professional Oil (handmade in Melbourne) on wooden panel. It is finished with Windsor & Newton Gloss varnish for UV protection & longevity. Comes with an authenticity certificate for valuation and insurance purposes.
